Empathy is a core principle of design thinking and a critical component of effective communication.

We’re on a mission to unlock a more compassionate and human-centered world. We explored the power of empathy and distinguished it from Sympathy, Identification, and Projection. We practiced empathetic conversations to enhance both our personal and professional lives through a series of immersive activities.
